Packages include a listing on the MLS with a feed to NNEREN.com (36 pictures) and a basic listing on REALTOR.com. The listing will also go out to about 30 public sites like Trulia, GoogleBase, HomeFinder, Zillow, etc. Click here to see the service channels we subscribe to through ListHub. A CUSTOM sign also is included with every listing that is professionally printed with your contact phone number and MLS listing number, and is delivered directly to you from the sign-maker.
Any of the additional feature options below can be added to your package. Once you complete your purchase, your listing will be posted on the MLS within 48 hours, often sooner. REALTOR.com takes their feed from the MLS in as little as a few minutes but can take as much as 72 hours of MLS posting.
Personal Follow-up for Showing Feedback
We will personally call and/or email every agent that shows your home to obtain feedback from that agent and the Buyers. This feedback will be sent to you via voicemail and/or email so that you can use this feedback to help with your pricing, presentation, or preparation of your listing. We will also email all agents who have seen your home if/when you make price/term changes to your listing to share with the buyers. This may result in return interest.

Custom Sign w/ Yard Stake
Use a custom, professional yard sign and capture drive-by traffic 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our signs let agents know that you are listed in the official Realtor® MLS. Includes 18x24 sign panel and yard stake. Sign comes pre-printed with your phone and MLS numbers, and your choice of message, like: "For Sale with Owner", "Home For Sale", "Commercial or Residential", "Condo for Sale". Shipped direct from sign maker to you.

Appointment Setting Service
Service commonly used by many agencies statewide and is a familiar procedure for Agents to follow. This simple step dispels objections of agents who would otherwise be concerned about calling a seller directly. This service also provides feedback questionnaires to showing agents, which you can access online to learn quickly what the buyer and the agent felt about specific aspects of your listing. An online log is kept of the agent's name, the buyer, time, & date; this is helpful so you can approve a showing without having to scribble down information (say, while driving) when you get a showing request, and also so that if there are any changes—like a price change—previous showing agents can be emailed to alert their buyer of the change.

You found your own buyer who is not working with an agent. GREAT! But now what? Call us.... we can help. The documents we use are the same as all agents and the same you would get if the buyer was working with an agent. These are documents that are provided by the NH Board of Realtors® and have been approved by the NH Attorney General's Office. They are very complete and understandable for all parties. Our fee is less than the cost of an attorney and we can get you the documents on short notice with all the specific seller/buyer/offer information already filled in. All you have to do is sign your name and date.
Think about this........ most offers come in on the weekends or in the evenings when attorneys are not available, but can still stipulate attorney approval. We can get you these documents in the evenings and weekends; all we need is to do is talk with you and the buyer to get your specific information. Then we fill in the contract to your specifications and email it to all parties for signing. It's that easy! We even have technology available for electronic signatures, which are legal, binding, and fast! This means you don't need a printer or a fax machine- you just need an email address and a computer.

a) If you find an interested buyer who DOES NOT have an agent, we can re-do/re-sign our listing agreement
and we'll get you from contract to closing. The fee for this service is 1% of the sales price; paid at closing.
b) If you find an interested buyer who DOES have an agent and you prefer representation assistance,
we'll re-sign our listing agreement and be your Agent from contract to closing.

Gives you the raw data so you can price your property for the market. You tell us what what type of properties, the timeframe, home statistics and we will email you the data so you can price your property to sell.
