You can cancel at any time. The Fee is $500.00, + a min 2% fee if an agent brings you a buyer.

2% is the lowest we recommend, to keep you competive with other listings, but you can always offer more.

Paperwork can be downloaded, emailed, faxed or mailed if you choose, once payment is received.

Worry Free Back-up Plan: If you need assistance at the time of an offer to negotiate and assist with the closing process, you can choose to hire us as your agent for 1%.
