   Home Seller Solution Services provides the services of Multiple Listing Service data entry of property for sale or rent/lease. We are in no way representing that we are mortgage brokers, tax consultants, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, licenced real estate appraisers, pest inpectors, or building inspectors. If any other service is desired besides real estate broker, it is recommended the consumer seek the advise of a professional licenced in that area of expertise.

   We are a real estate brokerage company who does our professional best to verify information presented to us by owners of real estate and then data entry that information into the Multiple Listing Service in the state where the property is located if we are licened to do business in that area. Sellers interested in our service shall understand they are undertaking the responciblity of setting up showings, showing their own property or authorize a buyer's real estate agent to show the property, distributing copy information about the property at it's location, receiving contracts from buyers or the buyer's agent, and negotiating all aspects of the contract from presentation to closing.
